Are you concerned for those grieving around you? GEC is here to help! If you are the leader of a school/college, church, nursing facility, or other organization that is journeying through grief, we encourage you to contact GEC to schedule a “Grief A.I.D. Seminar.” We provide three meeting options, but GEC will also custom-fit a meeting to meet the needs of your organization.

Type “A” Meetings – Assess
During Assess Meetings, the GEC leaders will equip participants to better define and identify “grief” and the relevant terms associated with grief. The Assess Meetings will help you answer the question, “Who is grieving?”

Type “I” Meetings – Impact
During Impact Meetings, the GEC leaders will guide participants to identify how grief impacts their entire community. Every grieving person is on a journey. The Impact Meetings will guide the organization to identify the grieving and form a plan to meet the needs of the grieving.

Type “D” Meetings – Direct
During Direct Meetings, the GEC Leaders will guide your organization and leadership to formulate an intentional Grief Action Plan (G.A.P.). The G.A.P. will help your organization evaluate resources, recruit volunteers, and execute a plan to minister to the grieving.
